Privacy Policy  Last updated April 18, 2025

Evolve Partners Inc. (“Evolve,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to safeguarding your privacy and maintaining your trust. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you whenever you visit https://evolvepartners.ca or any other site, mobile app, or service that links to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”). It applies to all users worldwide and is designed to meet the requirements of Canadian federal and provincial privacy laws, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy/Privacy Rights Acts (CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable regulations.

When you interact with the Services, we collect information that you provide directly—such as your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, payment details, real‑time photos or video used to verify “proof of personhood,” and any other data you submit through forms or customer‑support channels. We also gather technical data automatically through cookies, pixels, and log files, including IP addresses, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and usage patterns. Where you invite trusted peers to confirm your identity, we receive minimal validation metadata from those contacts. Sensitive biometric or verification imagery is processed solely to authenticate you in real time and is deleted or cryptographically sealed within 24 hours.

We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Services; to deliver our real‑time, network‑centric identity verification that prevents identity theft, fraud, and AI‑driven attacks; to personalize features; to communicate with you; to comply with legal obligations; and, with your consent, to send limited marketing that you can opt out of at any time. Our legal bases under the GDPR include contract performance, legitimate interests (for security, fraud prevention, and service improvement), consent (for optional marketing or cookies), and compliance with legal requirements. We do not engage in fully automated decision‑making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

We share personal information only with (i) vetted service providers that host our infrastructure, process payments, supply analytics, or support customer operations under strict confidentiality; (ii) the specific peer validators you designate, who see only what is necessary to confirm your identity; (iii) parties to a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with advance notice to you; and (iv) regulators, courts, or law‑enforcement bodies when required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Because we may store or process data in Canada, the United States, and other jurisdictions, international transfers occur. We rely on adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, UK International Data Transfer Addenda, and contractual safeguards that satisfy PIPEDA, GDPR, and related laws. We employ end‑to‑end encryption for every authentication exchange, maintain zero‑knowledge cryptographic storage for identity artifacts, enforce least‑privilege access, conduct penetration testing, and monitor our systems around the clock—although no method of transmission or storage is 100 % secure.

We keep account identifiers while your account remains active and for up to two years afterward to meet tax, audit, or legal record‑keeping duties. Diagnostic logs are retained for 30 days unless a longer period is needed to investigate abuse. Biometric or verification imagery is removed or irreversibly hashed within 24 hours of liveness or identity confirmation. Marketing‑consent records are stored until you withdraw them.

Depending on where you live, you can request access to, correction or deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; or withdraw consent. California residents may also opt out of “sharing” as defined in the CPRA. To exercise any right, email privacy@evolvepartners.ca or use in‑app privacy settings. We will respond within the time limits set by law—generally 30 days in Canada and the EU/UK, or 45 days in California.

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect data from children, and any such information brought to our attention will be deleted promptly. The Services may contain links to third‑party websites or services that we do not control; please review their privacy practices independently.

We use first‑party and limited third‑party cookies to secure sessions, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You may manage cookies through your browser settings or our on‑site banner, though essential cookies are necessary for core functionality.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the revised version here and provide prominent notice or email notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
